Pyramid, TriPeaks & Golf on SolitaireHot: matching and quick-clear games

Not every game on SolitaireHot builds foundations the Klondike way. Pyramid clears a triangle by pairing cards that sum to thirteen; TriPeaks and Golf use rank adjacency instead. All three share Hint, Undo, daily seeds, and stats — this guide explains the family and links you to each page.

Pyramid’s triangle layout is unique on SolitaireHot — only uncovered cards are playable.

Pyramid rules on /pyramid

Twenty-eight cards form a pyramid. You may remove exposed pairs totaling thirteen, or a lone King. The stock feeds a waste pile whose top card is also in play. Win by clearing the pyramid; lose when stock is empty and no pair exists. SolitaireHot highlights legal moves with Hint when you are stuck.

Planning pairs before you draw

Removing a middle pyramid card often unlocks two cards beneath — scan the whole triangle before burning stock. Undo lets you compare clearing a high card now vs saving it for a later waste match.

Pair cheat sheet (Pyramid)

  • King — removes alone (13).
  • Queen + Ace (12+1).
  • Jack + 2, Ten + 3, Nine + 4, Eight + 5, Seven + 6.
  • Waste top can pair with any exposed pyramid card.
  • Only uncovered pyramid cards count as exposed.

Pyramid dailies appear on the Daily page like any other variant — same seed for everyone that day. Stats record wins separately from Klondike or Spider.
