What to include
- Which game you were playing
- What you clicked or tapped before the issue
- What you expected vs. what happened
- Browser and device (e.g. Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Mac)
- A screenshot if the layout looks wrong
Response time
SolitaireHot is a small project. We read every message but cannot guarantee a personal reply. Critical bugs and rule errors are prioritised.
What makes feedback useful
The best reports describe the exact game state: the variant, the move you tried, the card or column involved, and whether undo, hint, daily challenge, or a refreshed page changed the result.
Topics we use feedback for
Feedback helps us tune game rules, touch controls, card spacing, translations, leaderboard sync, daily challenge seeds, and confusing messages. Even small wording issues are useful when they make a game harder to understand.
Privacy and screenshots
Please avoid sending passwords or private account details. Screenshots are helpful for layout bugs, but you can crop anything personal before attaching or describing the issue by email.
